We want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on your location and the selected return method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all FITJEANS tags are intact and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
